Regent College – Vancouver BC

Portfolio Categories

This project for Regent College (on the campus of UBC) consists of building a new underground library, and renovating existing spaces into classrooms and offices. A number of ‘green’ technologies have been added, including floor diffusers that naturally vent air through a 40-foot wind tower on the roof. An array of solar cells in the tower converts light into electricity to illumine the coloured LED lighting. The tower also features a unique photovoltaic art glass installation. The whole project has been completed on schedule and on budget — with no interruption to the college’s normal operations.
Site area – 30,000 sq. ft.
